Local Sportsman racing was an action packed affair at Hidden Valley this weekend as the 2015 NT Titles was hosted over Friday and Saturday nights.

Combined with round 2 of the Top Doorslammer points chase for the ANDRA Drag Racing Series, it attracted a host of interstate teams to make the journey northen, but it was an all local affair for most categories.

HVDRA President Scott MacLean was quick to congratulate the winning teams from the weekend, commending everyone on the mammoth effort of hosting a second national event for Darwin in only 2 months.

"Sportsman racing is a critical part of the drag racing family" said MacLean.

"It is our local grass roots racers that support Hidden Valley at every event and their continued support, along with our dedicated group of volunteer officials, and our sponsors that paint a bright future for Hidden Valley in coming years."
